Review: Always such a great experience everytime my kids have an appointment with Manningham Smiles. Very neat and tidy area. Staffs and receptionists are so accomodating and approachable.And last week, my cheeky 2y7m old son had a regular check up with our dentist Dr. Kelly, she was able to clean all his teeth! I’m so amazed how she handled my son very well and very calm. I’m so impressed that she was able to make my son very cooperative! I would love to go back again for myself too!

Review: I visited for a scheduled teeth cleaning. While I initially agreed to a dental check as well, I was left dissatisfied as the main service, the dental cleaning, was not conducted.It's disappointing that I ended up paying for a dental check that took precedence over the cleaning, especially when I had explicitly agreed to both as long as there was sufficient time to be allocated for me. The explanation given was a lack of awareness about my specific dental condition.The dental cleaning can be done without a full comprehensive dental check regardless of my dental condition. If a full check is decided upon, there should also be adequate time allotted for the cleaning afterward. It's frustrating to be told there isn't enough time for the cleaning after committing to both procedures.This experience has left me frustrated.
