Review: We chose this practice after seeking recommendations for an orthodontist experienced with extremely anxious teens. We were so impressed with the experience. We switched all of our family orthodontic care to them. Every step from assessment, and explanation to finances to booking appointments was thoroughly professional, and the results speak for themselves.

Review: I am a woman closer in age to 70 than 60. Many years ago, when I was a teenager, I had braces on my teeth. My teeth remained quite good until into I was in my 30's, then they started moving again. I did go to an orthodontist but was told that they weren't bad enough to do anything.As time progressed, I got caught up with looking after my own family and time and money made me put the care of my own teeth aside. When I did have the time and money again, I thought I was too old and as a grandmother did not relish the thought of wearing braces. Like me, two of my children, found that they needed straightening of their teeth when they were over 30. This is when I discovered Invisalign. I still thought I was too old, but my dentist kept encouraging me to follow this up. He did not have the expertise to treat me so referred me to L&L Orthodontics. I am so pleased that he did. It has nearly been 2 years since I commenced the treatment, but I am amazed how well it has worked for me (I should be finished in a few weeks). It does require that I follow the instructions given to me, which I must admit at times can be a real nuisance, but the results are just overwhelming. I get compliments all the time and people who know me can't work out what is different about me, and then they realise that it is my teeth that are now nearly perfect straight. I now am so happy to smile and while I still do not enjoy having my photo taken, I am proud of the way that I look.I can't thank the team at L & L Orthodontics enough, for the difference that they have made in my life. I also want to say that a big part of making the decision to have my teeth straightened was that I wasn't able to clean them properly as they were so crooked. I was frightened about the repercussions of this, so now I am so relieved that I now have healthy teeth and gums.

Review: Absolutely fantastic experience at this place! From the first communication the customer service was brilliant. All the staff were extremely welcoming and a real asset to the business. Dr. Lawrence was a delight to deal with and explained things in simple terms. Her communication skills put me at ease and was one of the many stand-out qualities that I took away from this experience. Finally, they were transparent with costs from the get go which made the entire experience brilliant. Highly recommend!
