Review: We visited dental one today in Templestowe and Dr Mitch was absolutely amazing. My child had a fear and had a bad experience so going to a dentist was a huge deal. Dr Mitch eased my son and he was just amazing, he was gentle and kept my son in the loop by explaining each step. He was quick and amazing. I have given 5 stars but if it was upto my son he wanted to give more stars. It was so receiving to see his reaction and experience. He is happy to come back which is such a relieve for me as a parent. Highly recommend Dental One.

Review: The most amazing experience I’ve had at a dentist clinic. Dr Ragy is kind and professional. He told me that all my procedures were covered by my private health insurance, so no sneaky cost. Everyone there wants what’s best for their customers. Highly recommend!

Review: I recently visited Dental One Clinic in Lower Templestowe for a dental check and clean appointment that I had booked in advance. Initially, I was quoted a price of $119 for check-up and clean package. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I had gum disease and needed a deep clean instead, which would cost $600. Feeling hesitant about the sudden change in diagnosis and the substantial increase in cost, I expressed my preference for a regular clean.Despite my request for a regular clean, the Oral Health Therapist, Mitchell, proceeded with the cleaning, focusing only on the lower part of my teeth, and completing the procedure in a mere three minutes. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the speed and thoroughness of the cleaning, Mitchell's response was dismissive, stating that what he had done was indeed a regular clean. After I expressed my dissatisfaction again, Mitchell cleaned the upper part of my teeth which took an additional 8-10 minutes. The overall experience left much to be desired.I understand that the diagnosis of gum disease necessitated a different course of treatment, but I believe that as a patient, I should have options regarding my care. Additionally, the lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude displayed by Mitchell was disappointing.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Dental One to improve their communication with patients and the quality of their services. Future patients deserve a better experience than what I received.

Review: Saw Dr Sean Rashid, very friendly and nice, the clean and check up was very easy and painless. Highly recommend. Love the fish tank in the reception area too!
